Arc System Works’ has released the final character trailer for their wave of DLC fighters coming to BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle this Spring. Sweetie-pie Heart Aino will be the first character from niche series Arcana Heart to make an appearance in the anime crossover fighting game.

Young Aino – who is described in this trailer as “shockingly innocent”, whatever the fuck that means – is a high-spirited and super positive young teen. Renown for her energetic spirit and friendly demeanor, Heart Aino is highly capable whether in the heat of battle or preparing delicious sweets at her parents’ bakery.

In the trailer below, you can see Aino favours close-quarters fisticuffs, using an array of dashes to close in on the opponent, before laying in a beatdown with fists, feet and her trademark ribbon. Heart Aino will be made available to purchase this Spring alongside Under Night’s Seth, Persona Arena’s Teddie and BlazBlue’s own Naoto Kurogane.

BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle is available now on PS4, PC and Nintendo Switch.
