Have a chiptune dance party with this Zelda II album

When I posted that post-rock Zelda tribute album last night, Dtoider Chad Almasy lamented the absence of Zelda II music. Where did the love go? Why, it went into Bagu and the Riverman by Dj CUTMAN and Spamtron!

Here is an album entirely dedicated to Akito Nakatsuka’s score from the oft-neglected The Adventure of Link. Well, “entirely” save for the Zelda 1 overworld track, but you can’t have a Zelda album without the classic overworld theme, right? Anyway, the album is five songs of high-intensity, chiptune-y goodness with an extra two songs if you purchase the digital download or physical release.

If blips and bleeps make your day, check it out. I’ve embedded the lead track “I AM ERROR,” an arrangement of the temple theme, after the jump.
