Halo 4: Spartan Ops to drop and shock San Diego Comic Con

Recommended Videos

This past weekend during the Halo 4 panel at the Rooster Teeth Expo in Austin, Texas 343 Industries and Certain Affinity gave us a taste of what’s to come for the next installment in the first-person shooting franchise. After showcasing some of the improvements to the Forge map-editing tool and multiplayer, those of us in attendance learned that Spartan Ops, perhaps the most interesting addition to Halo 4, will be playable at San Diego Comic Con.

If you somehow managed to grab tickets to SDCC you just might want to check out Halo 4 while you’re there. Even as someone who hasn’t been terribly keen on the series since its first couple of iterations, I had a pretty good time with the multiplayer while in Austin this weekend. I would have absolutely loved to get my hands on a bit of that ten-week long episodic campaign., but the general public will have to wait a few more days to get their hands on that.
