No guns, either
YouTube user BOYvsVIDEOGAME decided to beat Bloodborne without leveling up or using a gun, and he’s done it. Somehow — with a lot of patience and practice, I’d imagine — he’s done it.
He went with the Waste of Skin origin for his character, described in-game as: “You are nothing. Talentless. You Shouldn’t have been born.” This class starts at level four and, as demonstrated by this runner, doesn’t necessarily have to go any higher than that. Enemies might be able to take you out in a single hit, but it’s possible, if totally maddening, to clear the core game this way.

Having ventured a ways into the Chalice Dungeons, I can see the appeal of going for a crazy hard playthrough like this. When one slip-up in a boss fight can cause instant death, you’re forced to master the game. The satisfaction of finally winning after countless attempts is indescribable.
