Guitar Hero TV is getting 34 new songs this week

Including ‘Jerry Was a Race Car Driver’

At this point, Guitar Hero Live‘s GHTV function will have 300 songs to choose from this weekend, with 34 new tracks dropping tomorrow. The full list is below, but the obvious highlights include Judas Priest, Tenacious D, Huey Lewis and the News, and Rush.

Activision has done right so far by Guitar Hero. There’s a ton of fresh tracks to choose from, and again, I love the curation scheme with the cycling “TV” schedule, and the fact that every track has an accompanying music video. It’s amazing to see the history of a song both visually and audibly.
