Things are getting ugly, literally
[Update: Rockstar has responded and stated this is a bug saying “We are aware of some graphical issues on the Xbox One and PS4 versions of GTAV after the most recent Title Update, and we are investigating a fix now.”]
Looks like the most recent update of Grand Theft Auto V for Xbox One and PS4 has included some graphical downgrades as seen in the video above. A post on reddit seems to indicate Rockstar didn’t plan for this and its support team is trying to provide a fix. Players are reporting the fix doesn’t work and Rockstar support is “full of shit.”
This comes just a few weeks prior to the release of the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V which will most assuredly have the best graphics, be it by Rockstar or modders. We have asked Rockstar for comment and will update pending response.
