A game in the hand is worth two in the digital library
Wanna know what really upsets me? Digital-only titles. I’ve never been a big fan of digital media, and with the way current consoles are all constantly connected to the internet many developers have gone — whether willingly or not — big-time into digital-only. It sucks. I miss physical discs and carts.
The kind folks over at PM Studios understand my plight, which is why they’ve released a physical version of their SRPG collection Mercenaries Saga Chronicles. And they understand your plight of not receiving any free games, so they’ve given us a copy to give away!
Mercenaries Saga Chronicles is a collection of the Mercenaries Saga games, a tactical SRPG series that first appeared on mobile devices and 3DS. Using a grid to strategically position your allies, you’ll battle armies of invaders as you swing swords, fire arrows, and hurl magic to get the upper hand in battle. You choices both in battle and outside of it will determine the path your heroes take, and ultimately the ending you receive. This collection includes:
- Mercenaries Saga: Will of the White Lions — Tells the story of Leon, the commander of the White Lions mercenaries. He’s hired to fight against bandits and monsters, but unexpected events draw him into war.
- Mercenaries Saga 2: Order of the Silver Eagle — Follows Claude, the captain of the Kingdom’s Order of the Silver Eagle team. Unable to protect Prince Laz from the poison of an assassin, he sets off on a mission to find the antidote.
- Mercenaries Saga 3: Gray Wolves of War — Follows Marion, the commander of the Gray Wolves mercenaries. He works with the Kingdom’s forces to deal with the uprising of the Liberation Army.
The collection marks the first time that all three games are playable on consoles, so don’t miss out on your chance to own a copy!
