The GIF is from an indie game called Shower With Your Dad Simulator 2015: Do You Still Shower With Your Dad and we know very little else at this stage.

Oh, the indie developer @bonerman_inc found the souls of the damned trapped in his ice cream a couple of months back, too. Perhaps he sold his soul to the devil for a head full of quirky indie game concepts. Who knows.
