The Xbox Games Showcase is underway, and the show kicked off with a cinematic for the next title in the Fable franchise, titled, funnily enough, Fable. The trailer starred comedian Richard Ayoade as a vegetable-loving giant, defending his crop from a tiny hero, while musing on the subject of heroism itself.
Unfortunately, there was no gameplay footage, or a date, or much else at all, just in-engine cinematic.
Given the boasts of “in-game trailers”, we’ll see how the rest of the stream plays out.
