Get six times the XP in Gears of War 2 next week

C-c-can they … can they do that? Apparently! Epic Games is enabling 6x XP for Gears of War 2‘s multiplayer during E3 week. This is going down on Monday, June 14th at 9:00 AM EDT until Sunday, the 21st at 9:00 AM EDT, to be exact.

If there was ever a time to go after those normally time-consuming Achievements for leveling up, next week will surely be it. I’ll likely be too busy worrying about whatever is going on with Gears of War 3 and the rest of the neverending supply of intriguing E3 games to take part, but man, I’m seriously tempted.

Hopefully y’all held on to your copies of Gears 2. Up until just a few weeks ago, patches were still rolling out, and who knows, there could possibly be more on the way.
