The darkest bright

The upcoming, M-rated end to Rocksteady’s Arkham trilogy has a lovely new trailer out today. And this one isn’t polished, artsy CG the series is known for. Some well cut in-game footage, a view of the rogues gallery teaming up to take Bats down, and some Nolan-esque flaming logos.

I continue to love how colorful this series is despite the grimdark. There’s some Sleeping Dogs level neon reflecting all over the place and I dig it. Goes well with the comic roots, too. I also hope the Batmobile controls as slick as it looks. There’s got to be good reason to use it versus just flapping about above the roadways.
