It’s been about a week since I got my hands on the demo of Batman: Arkham Asylum, and it made me more excited to fork over my money for the full game than ever. The addictive mixture of stealth and ass-kicking combat had me hooked within ten minutes. I figured Batman would need more complex defenses against Arkham’s craftier villians, though, and it seems I was right, if this newest trailer has anything to say about it!
You can hit the break to check the new trailer out, which shows off weapons such as the Grapnel Gun, Line Launcher, Explosive Gel and the Batarang. In other words, you’re going to feel every inch the powerhouse that Batman should be when you get your hands on them. The game finally comes out on August 25th — only eleven more days until I can get my Dark Knight on! If I twist that phrase around in my head enough, it sounds like I’m gonna get lucky with Christian Bale. Mmm…
