Get a good look at the new Kirby and Rhythm Heaven games

Recommended Videos

A couple of days ago, we got the word that a new Kirby game is coming to the Wii. In typical Nintendo style, this announcement was made with little fanfare, with nothing but a few details and a tiny, thirty second video to mark its coming arrival. Last year, they announced the next Rhythm Heaven game in almost the exact same way.

Well, we still don’t have much more info on either game, other than the fact that the next Rhythm Heaven game will have both single player and multi-player modes, and that both games are expected for release in Japan this year. We also have larger (but more blurry) versions of their teaser videos, presented here for your viewing pleasure.

Some have made disparagingly remarks towards the new Kirby game looks like something from the Gamecube era, but considering how awesome a lot of Gamecube games look, I don’t really see the problem with that.

How about you? You looking forward to either of these?
