The Gears of War 3 multiplayer beta is almost upon us! For all of you who still own Bulletstorm: Epic Edition, you’ll be able to get in on the beta early starting on April 18. Not only do Bulletstorm owners get to play a week early, but it’s also the only way you’ll be able to get the Golden Retro Lancer, Flaming Lancer and Trashball Cole skin.
On April 25, the beta opens up to everyone that has pre-ordered Gears of War 3 through GameStop and select worldwide retailers. The beta concludes on May 15 and it’ll only be a few painful months for Gears fans until the September 20 release date to arrive.
Additionally, you’ll be able to get Gears 3 in three different packages. Standard ($59.99), Limited ($79.99) and Epic ($149.99.) No details on what the Epic edition will include but fingers crossed it has some kind of replica Lancer.
