Beginning on Monday, February 21, GameStop locations throughought the US will be offering Celebi as a free download for the non-spin off Pokemon DS library (Diamond, HeartGold, etc.). This will continue through March 6, just in time for the North American launch of Black and White.
The Celebi in question knows Nasty Plot, a move which increases the Special Attack stat and cannot be obtained through your average Pokemon training. Heck, I would gladly take a plain old Celebi — any extra moves are an added bonus.
I’m not sure if one of us will get around to doing a reminder post on Destructoid, but I’ll certainly throw one up on Twitter when the time comes. (Everyone gets one shameless plug here, so don’t judge me.)
