Games on Demand finally nabs Gears of War 2

Yes sir, getting an oft-talked-about title like Gears of War 2 up on Games on Demand, Microsoft’s digital distribution service for Xbox 360, is exactly what needed to happen.

There’s only one problem. Namely, the price isn’t quite where it ought to be — at least, not if GoD is supposed to be competitive. Half the time, I don’t think it is. Anyway, Gears of War 2 is $29.99, which would be fine if it was the Game of the Year edition. It’s not.

I guess to make up for this fact, the “All Fronts Collection” downloadable content has been temporarily pushed down to $5. Even still, ugh. UGH.
