Game Debate to the Death! Xbox 360 VS Wii VS PS3

Recommended Videos

Last week

was one of the larger game debates of the year, with a wide variety of games submitted by the Dtoid Army for consideration. Dozens of games received five or less votes, but when all the comments were tallied, five games stood above the rest, with a clear winner on top. The Dtoiders have spoken, here are the results:

  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots (35 votes) — Winner!
  • Fallout 3 (24 votes)
  • Left 4 Dead (12 votes)
  • Lost Odyssey (8 votes)
  • Grand Theft Auto IV (7 votes)

This week we take one final break from our continuing theme of odd debate console-by-console tournaments, and move on to a debate about the actual consoles. Just as yesterday’s Mind Teasers were about consoles, this week’s debate is all about how the three most recent systems have done since their launches.

The Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii have all had their rocky moments in the past, but we’ve had more than enough time to get to know all three, take a taste, and figure out our preferred recipes for gaming. Each console has had plenty of time to work out its issues so it can stand and deliver. So which is standing the tallest right now? Or who has stood tall for the longest?

Which of the three newest consoles do you think has done the best since its launch, and why? Give it some serious thought, get some of your gaming friends to share their opinions as well, and check back next week for the winner. Then we’ll finally move on to the Xbox brackets of odd debates.

Bonus Question: What console would you label the worst of the three?
