A new Theme Park game is headed to iOS later this year, and it will be embracing the “Freemium” model, where microtransactions are required. We’d heard that Theme Park was coming, but I think most had expected a straight port.
The game will include some new features, including new attractions based on other Electronic Arts properties such as Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Dead Space. It’s also offering cloud game saves via the ever-present Origin service.
Theme Park was released in 1994 by Bullfrog, and it was awesome.
