‘Free to get?’ Apple changes iTunes ‘free’ buttons to ‘get’

While pretty much everyone reading this knows that “free” is a misnomer in the mobile arena, a lot of people probably aren’t aware that when they download a “free” game, the vast majority of the content can be gated off by IAPs (in-app-purchasing).

After many years of waiting, Apple has updated iTunes to change the “free” button to “get.” It’s a small thing for sure, something you could argue isn’t even necessary, but I for one am happy about the change.
