Free Portal 2 DLC on Steam, Xbox 360, and PS3 next month

The long-awaited free add-on content for Portal 2 has been in the works for what feels like a long time, but Valve has reassuring news on that front: it’s hitting Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, and Steam next month. And by “next month,” I mean October 4. That’s this Tuesday!

The “Peer Review” DLC is spread across more missions for P-Body and Atlas, and hey, GLaDOS is in there too. There are also leaderboard-centric single-player and co-op Challenge Missions.

I can understand someone saying that September is still technically summer, but October? Not on my watch, sir. Although it’s Portal 2, and it’s free … so I’m just going to shut my mouth so we can continue to receive nice things. Nice things like more music from the soundtrack.
