A few people have sent in tips telling me that Mirror’s Edge is free today. It isn’t where I live, sadly. In fact, it’s not free where most of our readers live, since the game still costs $4.99 in North America and Canada. For those in Australia, New Zealand, and most European areas, however, the game is free.
So, enjoy your regional freebie. I picked it up for a buck over the holidays and, despite my reservations, I was surprised by how not-crap it was. I don’t think it’s worth a fiver, but there you go.
