Free App of the Day: Freaking Inkies

I have a terrific free game for you today. I actually picked this one up for free several weeks ago, and it’s become gratis again. It’s an excellent little game and one you definitely need to pick up. 

Freaking Inkies is a shooting game where you must squirt paint from two sets of controls on each side of the screen. The controls are red, yellow and blue and the titular Inkies need to be shot using the corresponding color. Sounds easy as first, but when purple, orange and green Inkies appear, you need to mix the colors up and things get hectic. 

Featuring some good level variety and superb production values, Freaking Inkies is one of those games that’s actually worth paying for, so to get it for free is a steal. Make sure you don’t pass on it!
