The whole “Hero” craze is in full swing these days, and I wouldn’t be shocked to see Breakfast Hero or Nursing Home Hero pop up in someone’s trademark list. The most recent trademarks are Fitness Hero and Workout Hero, but instead of beng trademarked by Activision, it seems they’ve been snapped up by VPT Technologies, a company that specializes in exergaming (Wii Fit, Let’s Yoga, etc).
Hard to say if these games could nd up being good if they were made or turn into a total borefest, but it looks like the exercise gaming craze is showing no signs of slowing down. All I want to know is, do I get to wear a ridiculous terrycloth headband?
