Electronic Arts has announced a Need for Speed The Run Limited Edition, because it had no other choice: every game needs a “limited edition,” obviously.
What you’re getting with the limited “while supplies last” edition of the game are cars and additional challenges. If you want the 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera S, the Lamborghini Aventador, and 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, you’ll need to run to the store on day one and buy The Run. If you want five in-game challenges that no one else gets (unless they also picked up the limited edition), you know what you have to do.
Need for Speed The Run is out November 15 for all of the usual suspects, but this limited edition is for Xbox 360 PlayStation 3, and PC only.
