First info on Assassin’s Creed 2 leaked, Altair gets down with the fishes

Didn’t you know loose lips sink ships, Mr. Wilkinson? The Prince of Persia animation director has let some details slip about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed 2 in a recent AusGamers interview (mind you, the game has not been formally announced yet).

When asked about Alex Drouin, Assassin’s animation wizard, Wilkinson commented:

“He’s busy making Altair even more beautiful … last thing I saw him do was getting Altair to swim.” 

Is that so? Must be cumbersome to swim with a full hood and robe on. Let’s hope Altair gets an option for swim trunks. I’d pay to see that.

At any rate, it’s good to know the sequel is indeed in the works for sure, as I feel I could definitely get a lot out a second game if some of the issues I disliked about the first were addressed. Do you say yay or nay to a sequel?
