First footage of Jasper Byrne’s New Game+

Taken at the London Indies

Jasper Byrne, creator of Lone Survivor is currently working on a game that’s a mix of The Legend of Zelda and Dark Souls, titled New Game+. This is the first video of the game in action, and despite the quality of the camera work, it looks wonderful in motion.

This footage was shot by none other than Jasper’s brother at a meetup of indies called London Indies night. It shows off the three-player versus mode, complete with lots of sliding around. It looks as if the stamina gauge will play a large factor in combat, just like the Souls series. This demo also had four-player co-op, but alas, no video of that exists.
