That’s kind of appropriate because, for a game with a serious setting — a “fanatical doomsday cult cut off from the rest of the world” — it’s at its core a Far Cry game in the style of 3, 4, and their spinoffs. Which means open world insanity, co-op, crazy animal attacks. Just a lot of boom, boom, boom.
