Final Fantasy Versus XIII will not be at Tokyo Game Show

F*ck it, then. Cancel my airfare and refund my hotel. I’m not going. Ha! I’m kidding. I don’t give that much of a sh*t about Final Fantasy Versus XIII. It’s going to be another few major game events of smelling the vapor from this game before we see anything solid. We know for sure it’s not going to be at next month’s TGS, though.

Tetsuya Nomura talked to Dengeki PlayStation magazine in Japan and told them that the game will not be shown or playable at the September 15-18 event, but that he does already have the first showing planned for later. When? He doesn’t say. 

I bet they’re holding it back to give the other Square Enix Final Fantasy big dogs, Final Fantasy XIII-2 and Type-0, the spotlight at TGS. 2012 is when we’ll get the real meat on Versus XIII, I bet.
