PSP title Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection is set for a March 24th release in Japan. In this comes a new episode that fills in the holes between the two FF4 releases, and in it you’ll play as Cecil. Square Enix is calling it The Interlude, and it takes place a few years after the end of Final Fantasy IV proper. Give me all the FF4 you can make, I say.
In a new trailer, posted at the game’s official site, you’ll see this game in action. Well, you’ll see beautiful CG in action. And you’ll hear that they’re re-using the insanely lovely “Tsuki no Akari” single that they originally released in Japan some time ago. It’s an arranged version of Nobuo Uematsu’s “Love Theme,” with vocals. That sh*t makes me cry like a little bitch.
Even without the music, this trailer manages to get this Final Fantasy IV fan really pumped up.
