Final Fantasy Distant Worlds comes to Detroit

Recommended Videos

After our coverage of the Final Fantasy Distant Worlds concert in Grand Rapids, you’d have to be crazy (or hate all things Final Fantasy) to not want the chance to attend it yourself. Luckily, if you are in Detroit, you can, as there is a performance scheduled there on June 18th.

The program is two hours in length and contains gorgeous arrangements of classic songs such as One Winged Angel from Final Fantasy VII, Maria and Draco’s opera  (FF IV) and To Zanarkand (FF X). In addition, the Detroit show will mark the premiere of a brand new arrangement of Man With The Machine Gun from Final Fantasy VIII

If you want to go, tickets are still available here. By the way, did you miss our interview with Final Fantasy composer Nobuo Uematsu? If so, you should go give it a read — it’s not often that you get a chance to actually ask one of your musical heroes if you can drink beer with him.
