MechWarrior Online, the delightfully complex competitive mech pilot sim, is currently selling “Sarah’s Mech.” The mech is named in honor of five-year-old Sarah Marie Alida Parries who played MechWarrior Online with her father and recently died following a battle with cancer.

Sarah’s Mech is a custom Jenner, Sarah’s favorite mech. So far, according to the ticker on the website, $49,130 has been raised for the Canadian Cancer Society, which receives 100% of the proceeds.

President of Infinite Game Publishing Kelly Zmak said, “Sarah touched the hearts of everyone at IGP. We’re extremely grateful for the opportunity to do something in her honor. Thank you to the Parries for working with us to make this a possibility, and our utmost gratitude to our community for supporting this endeavor.”

Sarah’s Mech will be available for purchase until August 20.
