Feel the pain: Ultimate Ghosts ‘n Goblins releases on PSN tomorrow

The 2.5D remake of the notoriously difficult Ghosts ‘n Goblins first hit store shelves in 2006, but the PSP title will soon see new life as it arrives on the PlayStation Network tomorrow.

For me, Ultimate Ghosts ‘n Goblins was one of those games you plan on getting before you purchase a new system (in this case, the PSP), but by the time you finally gather enough money to buy said system, you forget to pick the game up.

Unsurprisingly, this remake has multiple difficulty modes so people can actually see the ending this time around, but Ultimate Ghosts ‘n Goblins also contains the regular old brutal difficulty for the sadists in the audience to enjoy.

Oh, and I feel obligated to comment about the game’s music. It rocks. That counts, right? Look for Ultimate Ghosts ‘n Goblins in the PSP store tomorrow for $19.99.
