Monolith’s follow-up to the action/horror title F.E.A.R. shipped to retailers today. F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin has garnered quite a bit of pre-release buzz. Judging by what Anthony had to say in his preview, it appears as if there’s quite a lot to be excited about.
The above video is something most might have already seen. It’s a 30 second television commercial for Project Origin. It has all the staples of a good F.E.A.R. 2 video: a scary girl, quick cuts, noise and even a few bullets. It doesn’t beat the Alma trailer from a few weeks ago or pack the punch of the mech footage, but not every vid has to be so grand.
I argued with my girlfriend about this commercial (and its 15 second counterpart). I thought it needed more hot nurses in skimpy outfits. She thought it needed more in-game footage. In my book, boobs always trump gameplay. If it were within the rules, I would perennially vote Dead or Alive Volleyball Game of the Year. It’s that damn good.
