A while back, we told you about a contest Visceral Games was holding for Dead Space 2 that tasked fans with creating an original hand-to-hand attack for Isaac Clarke to use.

If you recall, the winner would not only get their dismemberment implemented into the game — which is awesome in and of itself — they’d also have their face and body slapped on an NPC in Dead Space 2 for the specific purpose of getting obliterated by a necromorph. So cool!

Who won, you ask? We’re proud to announce that the UK’s own Dan Emmerson has been dubbed the winner by Visceral Games. His winning entry, which he accurately calls “The Meat Cello,” can be viewed above. Does that kill look like something you would expect to see in a Dead Space game or what?

Additionally, I should mention that the nine runners-up for the contest will have their names appear in-game. Congrats to the winners — you guys deserved it!
