As someone who watches EVO but hasn’t yet and will likely never attend the fighting game tournament in person, I adore Richard Li’s videos — they truly bring out the human element of the competition. It occasionally comes through in online streams, but never quite like this.

Even if you aren’t into EVO or fighting games more generally, chances are as someone reading Destructoid, you’ll be able to appreciate the passion this video beautifully captures.
