Every fighting game should take advantage of Sony’s cross-play

Podtoid 418

At the beginning of this year, I did New Year’s Resolution posts for all three of the major console manufacturers, stating what I believed each of them should accomplish this year. So far, it seems only one is following through with what I proposed: Sony. After keeping it in beta for way too long, Sony announced this week that cross-play is now out of beta. This opens up a world of possibilities for gamers and for extending the life of certain games.

That’s just one of the topics on this week’s pretty damn funny episode of Podtoid. Dan may be M.I.A. this week, but Chris, Charlotte, Occams, and myself pick up the slack with conversations about David the Gnome, Final Fantasy XIII-2, Call of Duty: Mobile, AlphaDream, cheeseburgers, and new car shopping. In this episode, we also give our answers to some great listener questions. All that, plus that cat that fucks, on Podtoid Episode 418.
