European BlazBlue has new characters and swag

Europeans, rejoice! Your long wait for BlazBlue finally has some sort of reward on the horizon, with the gorgeous fighting game confirmed for a PAL release in the first quarter of 2010. PQube has taken on publishing duties, and the game will be in the hands of Europeans on both the 360 and PS3 early next year.

This we already knew, but we know something else cool as well. BlazBlue will be packing a number of exclusive features when it finally arrives in Europe, things that did not come with either the North American or Japanese versions. The PAL version of BlazBlue comes with an original soundtrack, a strategy guide (like NA did) and, most importantly, a set of new characters and moves. Score!

Sometimes, Europe manages to get a little payback.
