Epic Games has released Tappy Chicken, which is exactly what you think it is: a Flappy Bird clone. Available today via the App Store, Google Play, and browser today at 2 PM EST, Tappy Chicken was created with Unreal Engine 4, and it’s being used to showcase all the fun things you can create with the same tools.

Tappy Chicken was created by a single artist, Epic says, with no “traditional” programming skills, and is being used to showcase what all you can do with UE4 with a $19 subscription and the drive to create. I don’t know if you’ll be making Flappy Bird clones right off the bat, but you’ll be well on your way to creating something, at least. I’m just not entirely sure why we needed yet another Flappy clone, even to serve this kind of purpose.
