Endless Ocean Luminous lets up to 30 players scuba together on Nintendo Switch this May

Delve the ocean depths with up to 30 players on Switch

Several new games were revealed in today’s Nintendo Direct including Endless Ocean Luminous. This marks the first Endless Ocean game in over a decade with Endless Ocean 2 dating back to 2010 in the west. Up to 30 players will be able to explore the Veiled Sea in an unexplored region of the South Pacific Ocean on May 2, 2024.

In Endless Ocean Luminous, players will encounter and learn about over 500 species of marine life including some which are presumed extinct or even mythical creatures. Players can embark on shared expeditions with up to 30 players all in the same expedition at once, communicating via gestures.

Nintendo Switch Online will be required for shared expeditions, and Endless Ocean Luminous will include a free 7-day trial for new members.

Endless Ocean Luminous plunges onto the Nintendo Switch on May 2, 2024.
