Upcoming PSN puzzle-platformer Tales from Space: About a Blob looks pretty cute. It’s about alien blobs that fall from space to a planet where they’ll need to eat everything they come across to get out of captivity. You start out small, but through eating everything in sight you’ll be able to eventually nom on buildings, helicopters and other large objects.
There’s a lot to like here with the funky art style and the puzzle-y gameplay. There’s 17 levels to play through, co-op action, leaderboards and even speed runs. About a Blob is a PSN exclusive that will hit PlayStation Plus on February 1, and then PSN for everyone else on the 8th. A demo will be available from launch, says the PlayStation Blog.
