EA Sports has announced a fresh server maintenance for EA FC 25, which will take place on February 12. This will temporarily disrupt all online services.
Server maintenance has been routine in the past, but the frequency has decreased recently. EA Sports has conducted a lot of real-time tuning, allowing players to continue enjoying the service while updates are pushed out. Ahead of the maintenance, EA Sports has shared details about the maintenance timings, allowing players to plan accordingly.
When will the EA FC 25 Server Maintenance (February 12) begin?
The server maintenance will begin at 7 a.m. UTC/11 p.m. PST (February 11)/2 a.m. EST. The scheduled maintenance will go live simultaneously across all affected platforms, and matchmaking will be paused 30 minutes prior.
When will the EA FC 25 Server Maintenance (February 12) end?
If EA Sports sticks to the schedule, the maintenance will end at 11 a.m. UTC/3 a.m. PST/6 a.m. EST. Unless there’s a delay, the game will be down for four hours. Do note that there can always be delays with any maintenance, which has happened in the past. In that case, EA Sports will extend the downtime.

Which game modes will be affected?
Once the matchmaking is halted, all online connectivity will be halted. This includes the entirety of Ultimate Team, and even modes like Squad Battles should be out of order. If you want to matchmake, it will result in an error. This will be the norm till the maintenance is live, so don’t worry if you can’t find a match and get an error message instead.
The maintenance will affect all game modes in EA FC 24, so if you’re still playing last year’s release. While the maintenance is live, you can enjoy game modes that don’t require any internet connectivity. It might be the perfect time to check out Career Mode and all the changes that EA Sports has made this year.
