Not content with just charging for different colored uniforms or in-game cash, Electronic Arts has announced plans to get involved, for the first time, in the downloadable game market on consoles. Their first attempt will be an original title called Boom Boom Rocket. From Major Nelson:
Now this could be interesting…it was just announced that EA and Bizzare Creations (makers of PGR and Geomotry Wars) are teaming up to release a brand new Arcade title called ‘Boom Boom Rocket.’ According to the press release this EA’s first-ever downloadable game for a console.
