E3: Miyamoto opens a treasure chest IRL, with live music

Recommended Videos

I loved that Nintendo brought in a live orchestra for the opening of their E3 2011 press conference. My favorite part was when Shigeru Miyamoto took the stage to play around with the orchestra with some of The Legend of Zelda’s most famous audio cues.

Above you can see the famous treasure chest opening music being played live as Miyamoto opens an invisible treasure chest. Sing along: I Found A Thing!

So great. Love you, Nintendo. You’re the man, Miyamoto.
