C’mon, cheer along! During Sony’s presentation today at the 2007 E3 Media & Business Summit, they ran a teaser of the upcoming NBA ’08 for the PS3, giving us a few more details of what to expect.

First off, they are going to actually use that internet connectivity for something other than game demos and old ports. Working closely with the NBA, the game will receive regular weekly updates of all player and team statistics. How’s that for realism?

Speaking of realism: much like last year’s version, this one will support 1080p, but they say that this will  run at 60 frames per second. Get ready for the most disgustingly realistic sweat yet.
