More than the last few videos for Klei Entertainment’s Shank, this newest one focuses on the story side of things. Wait, story, in a beat-’em-up — huh? Yes sir, Marianne Krawczyk (God of War) is writing it!
Based on this trailer, we now know Shank‘s narrative will revolve around the following: shooting dudes in the face, energy explosions brought on by pure masculinity, and guys dressing up as nuns. Basically, the game is an impressively animated grindhouse tale.
Really now, isn’t that what we want from this sort of project?
