The new direction Evolution Studios is taking MotorStorm Apocalypse in — to me, as a casual observer, anyway — seems to be bizarre, but totally smart. With a newfound adoration for things blowing up everywhere in racing games, it seems like the perfect time to capitalize on our excitement.
Even better, it reminds me of The Road Warrior, which is my favorite movie ever. Well, that, and The Thing, Commando, and RoboCop. What can I say, these films all receive my love in perfectly equal quantities.
Of course, this wouldn’t be a proper E3 asset dump without a trailer to go alongside these screenshots — checking this one out is advisable.
