The Soulcalibur series has seen its fair share of “guest characters,” but for whatever reason, Mr. God of War himself has never made an appearance. Funny, considering how fans have been dying to see Kratos in the series, and how he actually makes some sense as a character in the SC universe.
“God of War embodies the characteristics of a classic Soulcalibur guest character with a powerful persona, a rich back story and a mighty blade with which to fight,” says Makoto Iwai, the executive VP and COO of Namco Bandai.
“In creating the Soulcalibur PSP system exclusive title, we knew Kratos was the only choice to appear as our special guest character,” he finishes. Now that you finally got your wish, what character do you want to see next? Optimus Prime? Freddy Krueger? Cyrax? You tell us!
