Ducklings and Pikmin need to watch out for storm drains

Don’t tell Jonathan, but I still need to watch Pikmin Short Movies. I’m a bad Pikmin fan. But looking at these pieces of art created using Art Academy: SketchPad makes me feel better.

They were made for a Miiverse challenge put forth by Nintendo’s Shigeru Miyamoto. “The theme for this drawing challenge is ‘Pikmin Spotted!’. Use your imagination and have fun drawing Pikmin in different situations. For example, imagine what the Pikmin might be doing if you found them in real life. What sort of mischief would they get into?”

The results are now in. My favorite, grim as it is, has to be the one with the ducks.
