PAX East is happening this weekend and we’re all soooo thrilled that everybody’s having such a wonderful time in Boston. That’s just peachy for them. Some of us are stuck in our normal lives, trudging through our pitiful existences while they frolic. If you’re one of those trapped at home this weekend, you don’t have to be alone in this difficult time. Come hang out with us on Dtoid TV and share your pain with others who know what it means to be away from the promised land.

People like Jordan Devore and myself, as we kick off the weekend celebrating the announcement of new HD remakes from Capcom with one of their prior re-releases, Magic Sword. Andy Schatz of Pocketwatch Games will be sitting down with Jonathan Holmes on Sup, Holmes? to talk about Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine. And lunatic-in-residence Johnny Luchador will be making magic happen with Harry Potter Kinect.

Check out our full schedule for the weekend:

All times are Pacific

SATURDAY

10am – Saturday Morning Hangover
The gang ascends a mighty tower of classic arcade gaming with Magic Sword. And, as ever, Xbox Indie demos and a visit to Dafoeverse.

[Ease the pain from the night before with a little schadenfreude brought to you by Destructoid’s Conrad Zimmerman, Jordan Devore and the lovely Katrina.]

12pm – Weekend Escape
Cait’s busy at PAX, so we think Brett’s going solo. Of course, since he never bothers to inform us what he’s doing, your guess is as good as ours.

[Hang out with Destructoid Contributors Brett Zeidler and Caitlin Cooke as they play through entire games with a focus on co-op. It’s a safe bet that Caitlin is probably going to get mad at Brett for everything at some point.]

8pm – Substituted Reality
Kill off your Saturday, and possibly a few brain cells, while AwDamn gets his social on. Tonight, it’s survival of the fittest in Natural Selection 2.

[Destructoid’s only PC-exclusive gaming show, Substituted Reality showcases a wide variety of games with a particular focus on first-person shooters. Hosted by the lovely, off-beat, AwDamn.]

SUNDAY

1pm – Sup, Holmes?
Come hang out and join in on the conversation as Jonathan Holmes interviews amazing people from all sides of the gaming industry. This week, he will be joined by Andy Schatz, designer of Monaco: What’s Yours is Mine.

[Join Destructoid’s most lovable Associate Editor, Jonathan Holmes, for interviews with his friends in the game industry. Participate in the live chat and get your questions answered]

6pm – Rad Show: Get There!
Wonder and mystery will abound as the Rad Show gang takes wand in hand for Harry Potter Kinect.

[Starring Johnny Luchador, Super Fantastic Videogame Rad Show: Get There! takes a lighthearted approach to gaming, with the guys usually focusing more on breaking games for ridiculous results than accomplishing feats of skill.]

8pm – Substituted Reality
Awdamn will help you finish your weekend off right as he plays another of those newfangled digital entertainments.

[Destructoid’s only PC-exclusive gaming show, Substituted Reality showcases a wide variety of games with a particular focus on first-person shooters. Hosted by the lovely, off-beat, AwDamn.]
