Dreamfall Chapters appears on Kickstarter

It’s already half-way to its goal

Dreamfall Chapters was revealed by Ragnar Tørnquist late last year, to the delight of everyone that had been driven mad by Dreamfall: The Longest Journey’s unsatisfying cliffhanger ending after it was released seven years ago. Like so many unexpected sequels, Dreamfall Chapters is using Kickstarter to become a reality, and it looks like that was a smart move — it’s already secured almost $440,000 of its $850,000 goal.

The Kickstarter page provides a wealth of information for the ravenous masses, including confirmation that the adventure will again span the twin worlds of Stark and Arcadia with three playable characters, one of whom will be Zoë Castillo, returning from the previous title. The second playable character will be revealed during the Kickstarter campaign, so we won’t have long to wait. Call me crazy, but I’m hoping to play as Crow.
